Acts as a resource of eligible adults (age 19 and up) who would like a partner in their educational process. While specializing in help with admissions and financial aid information, the program works to address a variety of needs. For more information, call (803) 822-3749.

Veterans, their spouses, and their children may be eligible for financial and academic help.
This program helps eligible young adults (19-21 years old) with the cost of tuition, books, supplies, and – in some instances – childcare and transportation expenses. WIA provides mentoring services, career guidance, and other types of counseling. Participants must be residents of Richland, Lexington, or Fairfield counties. This program is designed to help students in 6th – 12th grades succeed in school and to assist them as they enroll in further education after graduation. Visit this site to discover more about ETS and to learn which schools in Lexington and Fairfield counties they serve.
Gear Up works with eligible 7th – 12th graders, providing various forms of support to help them earn their diploma. They also encourage their students to pursue additional education or training following high school and assist them in applying at these institutions.
Upward Bound provides academic support and guidance in educational planning for eligible high school students. One unique feature of UB is a summer program where students live and learn on a college campus.
