OTHER ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
|
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- High school or college credits in at least 2 science/math courses
(biology, anatomy, physiology, chemistry, physics, algebra) recommended.
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Hospital observations scheduled by the admissions office after all
academic entry requirements are met.
- Interview - scheduled after hospital tour completed
- Emotional and physical ability to carry out normal activities of
respiratory care as determined by physical examination by physician and
completion of personal health history. Applicant must have all sensory
abilities necessary to perform safe and effective patient care as
evaluated by the Program Director.
- All Prerequisite courses must be completed prior to Admission to
the Program.
