- Student must obtain a program grade point average (GPA) of
2.5 or greater at completion.

- This certificate is 32 Credit hours.
- Students must obtain a grade of "C" or better in each course
- A student may not take an AHS, Math, or Science course more
than two times to obtain the "C" for eligibility purposes as is
standard with all other HS programs.
- No more than 2 courses within the certificate program may be
repeated. A "W" counts as an attempt or a repeat.
- Students should select the math appropriate for the major
they intend to pursue. If a Health Care major requires MAT
155 the student may take it instead of MAT 101.
- Completion of this certificate does not guarantee
admission into the desired program.
- Science and math courses have expiration dates. Please see
appropriate catalog to determine the dates.
- Students applying to Health Sciences programs may
experience delays in entering their program because of the
limited number of students accepted each year.
