Diane Carr
English Professor at MTC
and Director of GearUp

Diane Carr has been an English instructor at Midlands Technical College since 1993. She teaches writing and literature courses, co-coordinates the English 100 program, and directs MTC GEAR UP. Before coming to MTC, she worked as a technical writer and editor for four years. She enjoys writing, reading, bicycling, volunteering her time to community projects, and working with her students. Diane is MTC's most recent  recipient of their "Faculty of the Year" award.
