All students must officially withdraw from classes in order to receive a full or partial refund. To officially withdraw, a student must complete a Drop/Add/Withdrawal form and turn it in to the Student Records Office located on the Airport and Beltline campus.
Web enabled students may officially withdraw via the web through the end of schedule change. After schedule change, students must come to either the Airport or Beltline Student Center Records Office.
Payment will be required if a student does not attend class(es) (no show) and does not officially withdraw. Students will be billed for classes and the debt will be processed through the College's collection procedures, if payment is not received.
Refunds will take approximately 3-4 weeks to process. The amount of the refund will be based on when the completed form is received by the Students Records Office, according to the Institutional Refund Schedule below. All fees are non refundable.
Students must process the Drop/Add/Withdrawal Form during the established timeframe to be eligible for a refund of tuition.
The effective date of the student-initiated withdrawal will be the date the form is received in the Records Office.
Courses will be deleted from the system for students who process the Drop/Add/Withdrawal Form during the 100% refund period, and no grade will appear on the student's transcript.
The amount of the refund will be based on the date the completed form is received by the Records Office, according to the following schedule:
| Withdrawal or Net Reduction of Credit Hours |
Percent of Refund For Full Term |
| 1st - 5th instructional day of the term | |
| 6th - 10th instructional day of the term | |
