The Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) is a FREE federally funded program of the U.S. Department of Education and is designed to assist dropouts and individuals 19 years or older in enrolling or reenrolling in postsecondary educational institutions or Adult Education. EOC staff can conduct workshops on various topics for agencies and organizations in the Midlands area.
