How to Apply/ Eligibility

To participate in the EOC program at Midlands Technical College, you must be:

• A first-generation college student (neither parent has a four-year college degree)
• An individual with limited income (U.S. Department of Education guidelines)
• A resident of Lexington or Fairfield County

If you would like to receive an EOC application, you may request one by calling (803) 822-3749 or e-mailing your name and address to cochrank@midlandstech.edu.
