  • Beginning Fall 2001a transfer student needs a 3.0 GPA to be considered for admission to the upper division.
  • The SAT requirement has been dropped effective Fall 2001.
  • Transfer students must also have completed MAT 130 (USC MATH 122) before applying for acceptance.
  • CPT 101 does not meet the computer requirement for the Moore School of Business.
  • HIS 202 is the required history course for the Moore School of Business.
  • There will be no waiting list.
  • USC will consider the applications each term and only take the most qualified.

USC gave the following alternative suggestions for our students who will not qualify for their program:

  1. USC Upstate (Spartanburg) external link (If they wanted the marketing/management type degree USC Columbia offers, USC Upstate would be the better bet.)
  2. Coastal Carolina external link
  3. Clemson University external link (this programs has more of an industrial management slant)
