For students planning to transfer to the USC Moore School of Business

- Beginning Fall 2001a transfer student needs a 3.0 GPA to be considered for admission to the upper division.
- The SAT requirement has been dropped effective Fall 2001.
- Transfer students must also have completed MAT 130 (USC MATH 122)
before applying for acceptance.
- CPT 101 does not meet the computer requirement for the Moore School of Business.
- HIS 202 is the required history course for the Moore School of Business.
- There will be no waiting list.
- USC will consider the applications each term and only take the most qualified.
USC gave the following alternative suggestions for our students who will not qualify for their program:
- USC Upstate (Spartanburg) 
(If they wanted the marketing/management type degree USC Columbia offers, USC Upstate would be the better bet.)
- Coastal Carolina 
- Clemson University 
(this programs has more of an industrial management slant)
