PRE-TECHNOLOGY CERTIFICATE

Certificate in Industrial Technology (PT6)


DESCRIPTION:
This certificate is designed for students completing Developmental Studies requirements who want to prepare themselves for entry into a career in an area of Engineering or Industrial technologies. This program combines developmental studies with complimentary courses in Engineering or Industrial technologies. Students can chose a track in Engineering Technologies or Industrial Technologies.

PROGRAM NOTES:

  1. Students who earn this certificate will be well prepared for any of the Associate Engineering or Industrial Technology programs. They will have completed up to five semester hours that apply to the associate degree.
  2. Students who earn this certificate will be prepared for many entry level jobs in business and industry that require familiarity with computers, drafting, and machines.
