INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICITY

DESCRIPTION:
A program designed to train the student in methods used in electrical wiring, including applications in residential, commercial and industrial installations.
BEGINNING SEMESTERS: FALL ; SPRING

PLACEMENT TEST SCORES REQUIRED TO ENROLL IN CURRICULUM COURSES:
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 48 semester hours is required for graduation.
PROGRAM NOTES:
- Students are required to purchase approximately $80 worth of small hand tools.
- If a student's score on reading is above the cutoff, but the student's score on math is below cutoff, the student may take: EEM-117 AC/DC Circuits I, EEM 118 AC/DC Circuits II.
(This student may be enrolled in Reading 100 & curriculum at the same time.)
- Student has the option of enrolling in a certificate program instead of diploma or degree program.
