DESCRIPTION:

This program is designed for practitioners currently employed by criminal justice agencies and for currently enrolled students who wish to supplement their major program of study with additional credentials. This certificate is also offered for students who hold Associate or Bachelor Degrees in other disciplines. Courses taken will provide the student with a more theoretical and systems approach to the field of criminal justice.

PLACEMENT TEST SCORES REQUIRED TO ENROLL IN CURRICULUM COURSES:

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of 21 semester credit hours are required for graduation and a grade of C or better in each course.

PROGRAM NOTES:

2. Certificate can be used as a supplement to other programs of study.
3. Students must apply with a graduation clearance form in order to receive the certificate.
4. Courses may be used toward the Associate Degree in Public Service.
