Course description: This course is the study of human resource management, with emphasis on a small business setting. Topics covered include job analysis, interview guidelines, selection techniques, understanding OSHA requirements and performance appraisal.

 

Course objectives

After completion of this course, a student will be able to:

2. Identify employer actions defined as discriminatory.
3. Understand employer’s obligation to prevent sexual harassment.

5. Describe the overall selection process
